• Both list and sell residential real estate
• Negotiate contracts with both buyers and sellers
• Prepare comparative market analysis to help determine property value
• Keep your clients updated and informed on the process
• Practice/Prioritize Daily Script Practice and Role Play
• Conduct Daily Lead Generation for a minimum of 3 hours per day to include inside and outside lead sources
• Be available to host open houses
• Meet accountability standards and attend weekly consulting sessions
• Working with buyers - you must get energy from this activity and have passion for them no matter the life situation
