• Are organized and can help manage projects from start to finish Position Expectations: As a Sales Project Manager Apprentice , you will:
• Work alongside the owner in the field and gain hands-on experience
• Spend at least 75% of your day outdoorsthis is not a desk job!
• Learn how to mark properties, ensure accurate material orders, and coordinate with the crew
• Help schedule and manage landscaping projects from start to finish
• Use Google Docs, Google Sheets, and our CRM to track data and manage customer information
• Drive a company truck to transport materials and equipment to job sites
• Learn to operate machinery like forklifts and Bobcats (training provided)
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and create accurate project estimates
• Be a part of a team where your input matters and can make a real difference
• 70% production and 30% sales while in training. Skills & Experience:
• Tech-savvy and proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude
• Ability to pass a background check
• Landscaping, construction, or related experience a plus
• Conversational Spanish is a big plus, but not required
