Start Date: July 20th Job description: Douglas Roofing is building a high-performance Emergency Response Team focused on storm restoration and exterior inspections throughout the DC/Northern Virginia market. We are recruiting motivated individuals for our 100K Summer Sales Program. No experience required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and a competitive team environment designed to help highly motivated individuals succeed quickly. This is NOT a desk job. Former athletes, gym enthusiasts, competitors, entrepreneurs, and hard-working individuals tend to perform extremely well in this position.

What You'll Do

:

• Perform residential storm inspections
• Generate leads through neighborhood outreach
• Help homeowners through the insurance restoration process
• Work directly with experienced sales leadership
