• Master our inventory quickly know every car, feature, and price point
• Perform confident walk-arounds that create urgency
• Build instant rapport and turn conversations into deals
• Generate repeat business and referrals
• Push trade-ins and maximize deal structure
• Work directly with the Finance Manager to lock in profitable agreements
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to close tough deals
• Overcome objections without hesitation
• Present contracts clearly and close decisively
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customers leave satisfied You are expected to sell. Period. NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have a Dealer License OR the ability to obtain one immediately
• Previous car sales experience preferred
• Aggressive selling mindset with a strong, positive attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong computer skills
• Solid understanding of equity, vehicle depreciation, and automotive regulations
• Ability to clearly explain financing, warranties, and services
