Full description of the position

[ Summary ] Under general supervision, the Sales Associate is responsible for achieving short and long term sales objectives by maintaining and growing customer relationships within the assigned territory. This role focuses on customer visits, sales development, account management, and coordinating with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and maximize profitability. [

Essential Duties

] Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory Travel to customer and prospective customer locations to provide product information and support Sell Wismettac products and develop new business opportunities Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to maximize sales Execute sales plans and implement pricing adjustments as directed by management Communicate new products, market information, and customer feedback to internal teams Coordinate with Accounting to support accounts receivable collection Work closely with Sales Managers, office staff, and Logistics to achieve sales goals Prepare and submit sales activity reports and other required reports Participate in quarterly inventory counts Perform other duties as assigned [

Qualifications

] Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license required Ability to travel to customer locations as required Ability to learn Oracle ERP software Accurate data entry and database management skills Outgoing, professional, and customer focused attitude Positive, self motivated, and team oriented mindset Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to lift and carry sample products weighing up to 50 lbs Must be authorized to work full time in the United States Pre employment drug test required Pay: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Application Question(s):
