What You'll Do

This role combines high-level sales with light project management responsibilities. Your primary responsibility is generating and closing new business. The most successful reps are confident communicators who enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and helping homeowners restore one of their most valuable investments. Sales ability is the #1 predictor of success in this position. Project management can be taught, and we provide extensive systems, SOPs, leadership support, and training platforms to help you succeed. What We Provide

• Commission-based opportunity with extremely high income potential. Transition Pay During Ramp-Up Because the average project cycle is approximately 90 days from lead to payout, we provide additional support during your onboarding period:
• Up to $500/week non-recoverable pay for filed claims
• $1,000 commission advances on signed and collected projects What We're Looking For
