About Us

As we continue to grow, we are looking for relationship-focused Inside Sales Account Managers to join our team. This is not a cold-calling position. Instead, you'll focus on developing relationships with existing customers, following up on warm leads, identifying new opportunities within established accounts, and helping businesses find the right lighting solutions for their needs.

What You'll Do

:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and warm leads.
• Manage inbound sales inquiries and proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Recommend commercial lighting products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. What We're Looking For:
• Previous sales experience is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC applications.

:

• Starting salary of $75,000 per year , paid weekly.
• Eligibility to participate in our commission plan after your first year of employment.
• Flexible work schedule options after training, including 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
