In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients secure the right auto insurance coverage tailored to their unique needs. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of providing accessible insurance solutions to high-risk drivers in West LA.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and selecting appropriate coverage.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage outside sales efforts, including networking and community outreach initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations affecting auto insurance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing client interactions.
• Familiarity with benefits administration is a bonus but not required.
