Outside Sales Representative Flooring & Building Materials Location: Grand Prairie, TX / DFW Territory Job Type: Full-time Pay: Base salary + uncapped commission We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our flooring and building materials business in the DFW area. This role is ideal for someone with experience in flooring, cabinets, countertops, home improvement, construction materials, or B2B sales. You will build relationships with contractors, builders, remodelers, flooring stores, designers, and property managers while promoting our flooring products and services.

What You'll Do

• Visit and build relationships with contractors, builders, flooring dealers, remodelers, and property managers
• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, cold calls, and in-person visits
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
• Present flooring products, samples, pricing, and solutions to customers
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries
• Manage your sales pipeline and track customer activity
• Work with internal support teams on orders, pricing, delivery, and customer service
• Stay informed about flooring products, market trends, and competitor pricing What We're Looking For
• Sales experience required
• Flooring, cabinets, countertops, construction materials, home improvement, or related industry experience preferred
• Outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
• Comfortable visiting customers in person throughout the DFW area
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Able to build long-term business relationships What We Offer
