Be honest most leasing jobs are boring. Show the unit, hand over the application, wait. That's not this. We're looking for the person who loves the moment a prospect walks out saying "I want to live here." The one who follows up before anyone asks, remembers names, and treats every tour like it matters because it does. Day to day, you're the face of our North Houston apartment community. Prospects walk in curious; you send them home excited. You'll:

• Greet, tour, and convert prospective residents with real hospitality.
• Follow up with every lead, same day, every time no lead goes cold on your watch.
• Process applications, complete lease paperwork, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Keep our property-management system accurate, support outreach that drives traffic, and hit (and beat) occupancy goals.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with maintenance and management to keep units show-ready. You'll fit if: you've sold or leased before and people just respond to you; you hate letting leads sit; you take pride in your work when no one's watching; and occupancy goals feel like a game you enjoy, not a weight. You'll need: 1+ year leasing or sales experience (preferred), strong in- person, phone, and written communication, comfort with property-management software (ResMan a plus), and U.S. work authorization.
