Close warm, pre-booked appointments for high-ticket jobs and get paid on what you produce every single day. Air Quality Express is one of Houston's busiest air-quality and mold remediation companies. We've been running since 2017, our phones ring because our marketing works, and we need one more closer who can walk into a home, diagnose the problem, build trust fast, and sell the right solution. This is not a cold-calling, self-generate, grind-for-scraps job. We hand you booked appointments with homeowners who already raised their hand. Your job is to show up sharp, inspect the home, quote it, and close it then you and your crew execute the work, often same day. What you'll do

• Run company-booked, pre-qualified appointments duct & HVAC cleaning, attic insulation, and mold remediation
• Inspect the home, diagnose the air-quality issue, and present a clear, honest solution
• Build the quote on the spot and close it tickets run from ~$1,500 on duct work up to $30,000+ on full mold remediation
• Drive your day's production: stack jobs, upsell where it's warranted, and keep your crew moving
• Own your numbers you'll know your close rate, your average ticket, and your daily production What we hand you
• A full calendar of warm, booked leads: no cold calling, no buying your own leads
• A trained crew that helps you complete the work so you can stay in front of customers
• The trucks, tools, and back-office support to run a high-volume day
• A proven pitch, pricing structure, and a market that already knows our name Who thrives here
• You've closed in-home / high-ticket sales before home services, remodeling, solar, roofing, HVAC, pest, water treatment, or similar
• You're technically curious you can learn to read a home's air systems and speak to it credibly (we'll train the technical side for the right closer)
• You treat every appointment like it's your money on the line, because it is
• You'd rather have one $6,000 day than four $1,400 days and you know the difference is hustle, not luck
• Self-driven, coachable, and allergic to coasting

Compensation

uncapped, paid on daily production We don't cap you and we don't pay you to coast. You earn a percentage of your day's production plus escalating bonuses for bigger days the more you stack into a single day, the more every dollar pays. Real numbers from our current team under this plan:

• Top producer: on pace for $230,000+/year
• Solid closers: $130,000$160,000/year
• Top reps average $1,000+ per working day Your ceiling is your own effort. If you can consistently build $4,500+ days, you'll out-earn almost any sales seat in Houston.
