Established team is seeking an experienced real estate agent who is interested a team that actually provides leads, listings, and opportunities to make money. This position is for the sales agent who wants to stay busy with leads and opportunities, and earn a reputation that creates ongoing business.

High Splits 90/10 or 80/20, depending on your experience level. 3. The opportunity recruit members scale the Los Angeles group. • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proficient in all areas of real estate sales.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Proven sales skills with a track record.
• Knowledge of the affordable end of the CA real estate market, including some experience closing sales on mobile and manufactured homes.
• Experience working as a broker and/or managing other real estate agents is preferred, not absolutely necessary.
