Job Description
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for the multifamily sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with construction project objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and secure agreements for multifamily construction projects.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform business strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will be a relationship-driven business development leader with a strong network among multifamily developers, owners, and key decision- makers. This person will be responsible for expanding market presence, developing new partnerships, identifying project opportunities, and leveraging existing relationships to bring new work into the organization. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who understands the multifamily construction market and wants to play a key role in building and growing a business development function. The right candidate will have the autonomy and support to create meaningful relationships, generate new opportunities, and directly impact the company's future growth.
