Join our team as an AT&T; Sales Management Associate and play a key role in helping customers find the right wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions through one of the nation's leading telecommunications providers. As an Authorized AT&T; Dealer, we focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences and solutions that fit each customer's needs. In this role, you will work directly with customers in a sales-driven environment, communicating with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Using this information, you will promote the benefits of AT&T;'s wireless products and services and explain how it may help the customer resolve challenges or achieve goals. AT &T; Sales Management Associate Role:

• Connect customers with their desired AT&T; products and services and discuss offers, promotions, pricing, benefits, and terms to finalize agreements
• Identify prospective customers and convert leads by building relationships through offering solutions and supporting communication throughout every stage of the customer journey, including awareness, consideration, decision, retention and advocacy
• Maintain accurate sales records by updating sales transactions details
• Represent the brand's values through integrity and professionalism
• Hit individual by identifying opportunities to cross/upsell
• Demonstrate how products and services offer solutions for clients
• Learn new skills to improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training AT &T; Sales Management Associate Qualities:

• Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
