Life & Health Insurance Broker (Independent Contractor) Location: Remote / Hybrid

We are seeking motivated, self-driven Life & Health Insurance Brokers to join our growing agency. As a broker, you will work independently while being supported with training, systems, and carrier access to help you build a successful book of business. Responsibilities

• Educate clients on life, health, Medicare, and supplemental insurance options
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage solutions
• Assist clients with applications, enrollments, and policy reviews
• Maintain compliance with state and carrier regulations
• Build and manage your own client base through referrals, leads, and outreach
• Provide ongoing customer support and policy servicing
• Stay current on product offerings, industry changes, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
