Position Inside Sales Representative Summary Inside Sales will be responsible for effectively and tactically managing important business activity on a daily basis. This individual will also develop his or her phone-based revenue generation through the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Individuals in this position will gain a strong understanding of our customers, products, processes and systems.

Essential Duties

- Performs quotation processing over the phone, email and fax. - Enter orders into the system and confirm orders to customer via email/fax. - Process shipping instructions and packing lists to warehouse. - Filing orders and checking customer's open orders. - Perform Physical Inventory when necessary. - Back up billing role for the office and other branches when necessary. - Support outside sales inquiry needs. (Stock and price check, open orders) - Process quotation for outside sales. Process internal transfers

• Other additional tasks may be assigned. Working Hours, Working style Monday Friday 8am to 5pm. 1 hour lunch time. Working Location Santa Fe Springs, CA Salary, Benefit 45K-70K
• DOE Holidays Saturdays, Sundays, holidays

Qualifications

Intermediate level use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Able to demonstrate strong teamwork - Would be better if you have some inside sales experience : : $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 :
