Responsibilities

:

• Work onsite the following schedule Monday-Thursday 9:30 am - 6 pm; Friday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Call your leads that are provided daily, reach out to clients via email, text message and via social media
• Engage with potential clients to understand their credit repair needs and goals.
• Educate consumers on the credit repair process
• Conduct thorough credit analyses to identify inaccuracies, errors, or negative items affecting clients' credit scores..
• Close sales and enroll clients into our credit repair program.
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the credit repair process.
• Meet or exceed sales daily, weekly, monthly targets and performance metrics.
• Document all sales activities and client interactions accurately in the CRM
• Stay up to date about changes in credit laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Asking for referrals, building and maintain relationships with partners.
• Maintaining daily documentation and reporting about their sales progress

Qualifications

:

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Proven track record of success in phone sales, preferably in the financial services or credit repair industry.
• Above average communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with credit reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Work the preferred Monday-Friday schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent.
