We are looking for a bright and very organized Sales Coordinator with great customer service skills. The right candidate will be highly proficient and comfortable with computers and have experience in data entry, organizing office paperwork and customer service. Knowledge of the promotional products industry is certainly a plus!

Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to:

• Customer Service (phone & email)
• Order Processing & Status Tracking
• Outbound Sales Calls and Sample Followup
• Assisting with Monthly Reporting Key skills required include:
• Customer service
• Great communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Computer proficiency with ability to learn new systems
• Detail oriented with very strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Self-starter who learns fast and can hit the ground running
