Duties

• Actively engage in outbound sales efforts including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
• Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and available automotive financing options to facilitate informed decisions.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication, ensuring customer satisfaction from initial contact to deal closing.
• Negotiate terms effectively with clients, leveraging your expertise in high-end sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Manage inventory control and support sales team efforts through accurate record-keeping using CRM (Vinsolutions) software and other sales support tools.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and professional client communication skills to foster trust and loyalty.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by developing strategic marketing initiatives and leveraging retail math skills for optimal results.
• Support dealership operations by assisting with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, inventory management, and retail math calculations. Experience
• Proven experience in automotive industry sales (2 years) with a strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
• Demonstrated expertise in outside sales, B2B sales, or outbound sales strategies within a dealership or similar environment.
• Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus).
• Experience with automotive financing options, upselling techniques, and customer relationship building tools such as CRM systems supported by technical support. Compensation

is base on your talent in sales and there is no limit to how much a Salesperson can earn. Pay: From $73,332.33 per year
