Overview

Garrett Concrete is seeking a motivated, results-driven Concrete Field Sales Rep to generate and close leads across residential, commercial, and municipal concrete projects. You'll represent our Texas-built brand by meeting clients, preparing quotes, and driving business growth throughout the DFW area.

• Engage in direct B2B sales efforts by presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals that align with client needs.
• Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless account management.

Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and follow up on leads across Rockwall and the DFW Metroplex.
• Estimate and quote concrete jobs (driveways, slabs, curbs, pads, foundations).
• Visit job sites, meet with homeowners, and build contractor relationships.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure projects are completed to spec.
• Report weekly progress and maintain customer follow-up.

Requirements

:

• Construction or concrete experience preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated with a professional appearance and attitude. Commission with monthly performance incentives. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,500.00 - $100,000.00 per year
