Job Description

We are a golf cart manufacturing company seeking a dedicated and organized After-Sales Warehouse Associate to support the after-sales department. This role is responsible for managing the after-sales warehouse, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring all parts are delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and familiar with warehouse or logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Organize and maintain the after-sales warehouse to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Perform regular stock checks and record inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory usage and coordinate with suppliers to replenish parts in time.
• Label, store, and track all incoming and outgoing parts systematically.
• Ensure all returned or defective parts are properly recorded and processed. Logistics & Shipping
• Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipments of spare parts.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure accurate delivery information.
• Track shipments and follow up with customers to confirm receipt.
• Support cost control by optimizing packaging and shipment methods. Administrative & System Support
• Update inventory and shipment data in ERP/OA systems.
• Prepare basic reports on warehouse performance and parts usage.
• Collaborate with the after-sales and purchasing teams to ensure parts availability for service needs. Job

Requirements

• High school diploma or above; associate degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Familiar with automotive or golf cart parts preferred.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, ERP/OA systems).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Mandarin-speaking preferred for supplier coordination. Additional Information
