We're seeking dynamic and driven Team Leads to spearhead our residential direct- to-door (D2D) campaigns, drive adoption of cutting-edge fiber optic broadband, and tap into an expanded portfolio of mobile services. With the transformative merger of Verizon and Frontier , our sales team is positioned at the absolute forefront of the telecom industry. As a Team Lead, you won't just be selling fiber, you now have the ability to sell all Verizon mobile plans to every residential customer you interact with. Offer full-suite, integrated home connectivity and mobile bundles that deliver unmatched value to customers and uncapped earning potential to your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team focused on Frontier and Verizon products and services
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts
• Manage key client relationships through proactive communication, negotiation, and account management practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical teams, and executive leadership to optimize sales processes and new hire experience
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team development initiatives to foster continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong management background with experience leading sales teams or business development management functions
• Proficiency CRM systems, and sales analytics & reporting tools
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic negotiation and deal closing skills
• Excellent customer relationship building skills combined with effective communication at all organizational levels
