• Encourage interested prospects to apply. That's it. No cold calling. No lead generation. No marketing. No paperwork. No application processing. No lease preparation. We do all of that. You simply arrive, provide an exceptional showing experience, and let our team handle the rest. Location We have showings throughout Los Angeles, including:
• San Fernando Valley
• West Los Angeles
• Central Los Angeles
• South Los Angeles
• East Los Angeles With showings scheduled daily across multiple areas, you can choose opportunities that fit your schedule and preferred travel radius.

Compensation

100% Commission-Based Schedule Completely Flexible | Part-Time | Independent Contractor

What You'll Do

• Arrive at scheduled property showings.
• Welcome prospective renters and provide an excellent touring experience.
• Answer basic questions about the property.
• Encourage qualified prospects to submit an application.
• Share the application link after the showing.
• Secure the property before leaving.

• Markets every property.

• Confirms showings with prospects.
• Processes applications.

• Communicates with property owners.
• Prepares lease paperwork.
