Residential Flooring Sales Representative - Greater Boston Area Top Performers Earn $90,000$120,000/Year Absolute Floors is growing fast and we're looking for a motivated, friendly, and reliable Retail Flooring Salesperson to join our team. We're not just looking for a warm body, we're building a team of pros who love what they do, take care of the customer, and have fun while doing it.

What You'll Do

:

• Go to customers' homes to measure and send them an estimate
• Follow our Sales System
• Sell the Job and coordinate with the Install Manager
• Follow up on estimates until sold or lost
• Attend weekly team meetings Who We're Looking For:
• A great personality with strong people skills
• Must live in the Greater Boston area (Boston, Cambridge, Saugus, Peabody, or surrounding areas)
• Previous residential sales or in-home sales experience strongly preferred
• Driven to close sales and hit goals
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Confident using technology and learning new software
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Cares about giving every customer a 5-star experience Flooring experience is a plus, but not required. We hire based on personality and potential.

Compensation

:

• Straight commission with a guaranteed minimum draw
• Potential to earn $7,500$10,000/month with high closing rates
