Technology Staffing Sales Executive Location: Houston, TX 77074

Job Summary

AMSYS is seeking a results-driven Technology Staffing Sales Executive

• to grow our IT Staffing and Talent Solutions business across commercial and public-sector markets. This is a hunter role responsible for developing new client relationships, generating staffing opportunities, and partnering with our recruiting team to deliver top technology talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Build relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, Procurement, HR, and Vendor Management teams.
• Sell IT staffing and consulting services to commercial and government clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution.
• Partner with recruiting to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling IT staffing or technology consulting services.
• Proven success developing new business and managing enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling technical staffing solutions in commercial and/or public sector markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Existing client relationships and government contracting experience are a plus.
