Our insurance arm, APEX Capital Insurance (APX.Insure), has already insured 200+ buildings across South Florida. Now we're scaling it into a full division, and we're hiring ONE founding producer to lead the charge. WHY THIS BEATS YOUR CURRENT SEAT: - Warm deal flow: insurance opportunities generated by our own CRE closings and 200+ building client base. You start with a pipeline, not a phone book. - Entrepreneur economics: uncapped and fully transparent the exact structure is below so you can do the math yourself. Realistic Year 1 OTE $90K-$140K; $200K+ in Years 2-3 as your book compounds. - A real leadership path: hit the production milestone and you lead the division as we hire producers under you. In writing. - Founder access: you work directly with ownership at our MiMo District HQ (561 NE 79th St). No bureaucracy decisions in hours, not quarters. THE COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (in writing, no surprises): - $2,000/month draw, non-recoverable during your first 90 days ramp without pressure - Self-generated new business: 50% split your first 90 days, then 60% top of market - House/brokerage-referred new business: 40% split on warm accounts we hand you - Renewals: 20% split, rising to 25% after 90 days build a book that pays you every year - Uncapped earnings. 1099 independent contractor role. - Full compensation review at 90 days and every 6 months, tied to your actual production WHAT YOU'LL DO: Close commercial P&C; commercial property, umbrella, professional liability, wind/fire/flood for building owners, investors, and businesses across South Florida. Work warm referrals from our brokerage and hunt your own accounts at premium splits. WHAT YOU NEED: - Active Florida 2-20 General Lines license (required please do not apply without it) - 2+ years producing in P&C; commercial lines strongly preferred - A closer's track record you can prove, and a hunter's mentality - English/Spanish bilingual strongly preferred - Miami-based; hybrid from our MiMo District office If you're a top producer stuck on a 30% split making someone else rich this is the seat you've been waiting for.
