Job Summary

Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls and in-person to generate new sales opportunities and expand the sales pipeline.
• Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to close deals efficiently while maximizing dealership profitability.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through personalized communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRVinsolutions) systems to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate sales records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive industry sales with a strong track record of closing deals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and phone etiquette skills essential for client engagement and deal closing.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a robust sales pipeline efficiently.
• Experience with CRM-Vinsolutions software, inventory management systems, and automotive financing options is preferred.
• Previous dealership experience or familiarity with passenger car sales is required.

Compensation

is very generous and cmpsed of base PLUS commission per unit closed. No limit to compensation and totally depends on closer talent to close deals. Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
