We're adding an Inside Sales Consultant to our team: someone who understands that business owners have real problems, and that the right funding solution can change everything for them. This isn't a script-and-dial shop. We give our consultants real products, real support, and real earning power. Your Day-to-Day

• Consult with business owners to understand their financing needs and goals
• Match clients to the right solution across our full product suite including MCAs, Term Loans, Equipment Financing, Revenue-Based Financing, and SBA programs
• Own your pipeline from first conversation through funded deal
• Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently to move deals forward
• Collaborate with underwriting and support staff to keep transactions on track Schedule & Pay MondayFriday | 7:30 AM 3:30 PM Two compensation options you choose:
• All-In Commission: Start at 20%, advance to 30% once you've closed $5M in funded volume
• Hourly + Commission: $20/hour base with 5% commission on every funded deal Earning potential is uncapped on both tracks. Partial employer contribution toward health insurance. You're a Strong Fit If You Have
• At least 1 year of phone-based sales experience
• Familiarity with Merchant Cash Advances or business lending (a real advantage)
• A consultative approach you listen before you pitch
