Profitable Properties Boston(PPB) is a real estate firm in Newton, MA, that focuses on buying, selling, and renting investment properties. PPB works closely with its affiliated company, Green Ocean Property Management, and manages over 700+ investment properties and condo associations around Greater Boston. Reports to: CEO Division: PPB Department: Property Management Status: Full-Time Location and Work Setup: Onsite, Boston Summary: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent with 2+ years of Boston rental experience to further expand our Company's portfolio. This unique position will have the following benefits:

• Access to 100's exclusive investment properties to rent
• Competitive commission split on all rentals and sales
• Override on any agents brought in/trained
• Commission on all new property management contracts brought in

Key Responsibilities

:

• Real Estate:
• Supervise Green Ocean PM rental listings, ensuring they have a good 3D tour, pictures, and are priced properly
• Answer incoming leads and facilitate showings
• Property Management:
• Business Development for both investment property and condo association management:
• Developing referral networks
• Pitching new business
• Working with the in-house marketing team to ensure quality marketing material

Qualifications

:

• MA Real Estate License
• 2+ years of Boston rental experience
• Strong work ethic + growth mindset
• Proficient in using property management software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
• Comfortable working with technology and different software
• Ability to reliably travel/commute within the area of responsibility
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide creative solutions.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
