Licensed Health Insurance Agent Zeta Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and driven Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Delray Beach, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional looking to grow their book of business while benefiting from warm leads, a structured training program, and ongoing renewal income opportunities. • Schedule: Monday Friday

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives established by management.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, referrals, and lead generation efforts.
• Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with local business professionals and community partners.
• Stay current on new products, carriers, market trends, and industry changes.
• Build strong client relationships to maximize retention and long-term loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and prioritizing client needs.
• Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-up activities.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-15 Health and Life Insurance License required.
• 15 years of health insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to exceed production goals.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting consultative sales conversations. What We Offer
