Inbound Sales Representative Home Warranty Sales Full-Time | MondayFriday | 9:00 AM6:00 PM $20/hour + Bonuses + Uncapped Commission Paid Training Provided Are you confident, competitive, and motivated to earn? We're expanding our sales team and looking for dependable, goal-oriented professionals to join our sales team. This is an inbound sales position customers contact us directly. No cold calling. Your role is to build trust, understand the customer's situation, confidently present options, and guide them through the enrollment process. What You'll Do

:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding home protection coverage
• Build rapport and create a professional customer experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate options
• Confidently address questions and concerns during the sales process
• Follow up and maintain accurate records
• Consistently work toward individual and team goals What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confidence speaking with customers and guiding conversations
• Comfortable handling objections and responding thoughtfully to concerns
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Goal-oriented with a desire to maximize earnings
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
• Sales, retention, collections, call center, insurance, home services, or warranty experience is a plus
• Ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced environment
