Overview

Tru Hou Solutions is seeking motivated Roofing Sales Representatives / Project Managers to help homeowners navigate roofing and exterior restoration projects from initial contact through project completion. This role combines:

• Customer Service You will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, helping them understand their options, guiding them through the restoration process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Prospect neighborhoods and identify potential roofing opportunities
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach
• Build relationships with homeowners and property owners
• Schedule roof inspections and consultations Sales & Customer Consultation
• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior needs
• Educate customers on available solutions and restoration options
• Explain insurance restoration processes when applicable
• Present proposals and recommendations professionally
• Guide customers through decision-making and project approval Project Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with production teams and subcontractors
• Monitor project timelines and customer expectations
• Conduct project updates and follow-up communication
• Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish Customer Service & Relationship Building
• Deliver exceptional service throughout every interaction
• Build trust through honesty, transparency, and responsiveness
• Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities
