Join Our Growing Team at The Yukon Group Are you energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about helping people improve their homes? The Yukon Group is seeking motivated Retail Sales Representatives to join our showroom team in Stafford, Texas. We are a rapidly growing home improvement retailer offering flooring, custom cabinets, bathroom vanities, LED mirrors, smart toilets, shower doors, faucets, bathtubs, PVC wall panels, closets, and more. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and earning commissions, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with warehouse, installation, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Learn and utilize company systems including Odoo ERP and CRM.
• Participate in company training and product education programs.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience in flooring, cabinets, kitchen & bath, furniture, building materials, or home improvement is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems).
• Ability to work weekends when required.
• Bilingual English/Chinese or English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
