Responsibilities

• Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase store sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product knowledge, and guiding shoppers through their purchase decisions.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred, but will train the right individual
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct product demos confidently and clearly explain features.
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone.
• Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions involving discounts or promotions.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices.
• Basic math skills for balancing cash registers and handling cash handling procedures responsibly.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude
