Southern Turf Co is expanding quickly and looking for motivated sales professionals to handle pre-set, high-intent appointments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face sales and wants a consistent flow of qualified opportunities without needing to prospect. You'll meet directly with homeowners who have already expressed interest in upgrading their outdoor space with artificial turf.

What You'll Do

• Attend scheduled in-home turf consultations
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored turf solutions
• Present and price artificial turf projects
• Close sales during or after the appointment
• Maintain follow-up communication with prospects

Compensation

• 100% commission based with uncapped earnings
• Typical first year earnings potential: $75K+
