Entry-Level Sales Associate B2B Sales | Downtown Dallas-Fort Worth Join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level Sales Associate specializing in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales! What You'll Do

• Initiate contact with potential business clients through warm calling and outreach to generate new sales opportunities
• Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand client requirements and identify the right solutions
• Present compelling proposals and negotiate terms to close deals while maintaining strong client relationships
• Manage existing accounts providing ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction, and spotting upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Track leads, update client information, and monitor your sales pipeline using CRM systems like Salesforce
• Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that attract new business prospects
• Meet or exceed sales goals by managing the full sales process, from first contact to close What We're Looking For
• Interest or experience in business development, marketing, or technology sales is a plus but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for managing client relationships and closing deals
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a bonus
• Prior experience in B2B sales, enterprise selling, or account management will help you hit the ground running
