Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with mobile phones, wireless plans, and accessories.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and sales-driven.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
