Overview

Wood & Associates Insurance Agency is a second-generation family business specializing in personal lines insurance. We are seeking a dedicated, reliable professional looking for a long-term opportunity to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will help ensure clients are properly protected by delivering accurate policy support, thorough followthrough, and exceptional service. Bankers & roles with strong transferrable skills are welcome to apply.

Requirements

:

• Insurance experience preferred, training is available.
• Great self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Takes initiative and follows through on tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities & collaboration skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

:

• Provide courteous, professional support to clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Document all client interactions and updates in the agency management system.
• Process quotations, binders, and endorsements for all client business.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based on client needs.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Vehicle registration through our in-office RMV site. (RMV training provided.)
