What You'll Do

• Engage customers with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm both in person and by phone
• Guide buyers through the sales process with honesty and energy
• Follow up with leads, set appointments, and deliver world-class customer service
• Master product knowledge to match customers with the right Toyota vehicle
• Collaborate with a supportive team to meet and exceed dealership goals
• Use bilingual skills (a huge plus) to connect with our diverse customer base

What You Bring

• Professional appearance and positive, friendly attitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Basic computer literacy (CRM experience a plus)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
