Community Liaison Director Senior Living Sales & Outreach

About the Role

: The Community Liaison Director (CLD) is responsible for driving private pay occupancy at Greenleaf Senior Living through proactive lead generation, disciplined sales process management, and strong community and referral partner relationships. This role owns the full sales funnel from the first inquiry through move-in, with an emphasis on growing private-pay census relative to government-pay sources. The ideal candidate brings a strong private pay sales background along with working knowledge of the skilled nursing referral landscape and government-pay programs such as CalAIM and Assisted Living Waiver (ALW), enabling them to effectively position Greenleaf across a full spectrum of prospective residents and referral sources. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a passion for senior living and the drive to meet and exceed occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, and care agencies
• Drive community outreach, networking, and lead generation initiatives
• Conduct engaging tours and effectively guide families through the decision-making process
• Represent Astoria Park Senior Living at community events and professional meetings
• Achieve occupancy targets through consistent relationship-building and follow-up
• Educate families and healthcare professionals on our services and personalized approach to care

Qualifications

:

• Proven success in sales, business development, or community outreach (senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience preferred)
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Professional, approachable, and compassionate demeanor
• Knowledge of the Whittier area and local healthcare network is a plus
