Residential Service Plumber / Sales & Service Technician

Overview

Tide Turners Plumbing is looking for an experienced Sales & Service Plumber who can diagnose plumbing issues, present repair and replacement options, close the sale, and complete the work. We are looking for motivated professionals who take pride in customer service, quality workmanship, and earning performance-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service calls.
• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately.
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• Close sales and complete repairs or installations.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
• Complete all paperwork, photos, and job documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Sales training preferred (CertainPath, Nexstar, or similar).
• Ability to diagnose, sell, and perform plumbing repairs independently.
• Must own professional plumbing hand tools.
• Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Professional appearance with clean uniforms every day.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. What We Offer
