American Eagle Builders is a leading home remodeling company specializing in premium exterior home improvement solutions, including windows, doors, siding, attic insulation, patio covers, sunrooms, pergolas, concrete coatings, and other residential renovation services. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call through project completion. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with homeowners, thrives in a fast-paced call center environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey.

What You'll Do

• Respond to new inbound homeowner inquiries within the company's Speed-to-Lead target (under 30 seconds whenever possible).
• Qualify incoming leads by understanding homeowners' remodeling needs and gathering key project information.
• Schedule appointments for the outside sales consultants with qualified homeowners.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads, online inquiries, previous customers, and appointment confirmations.
• Educate homeowners about remodeling products and services, including windows, doors, siding, attic insulation, sunrooms, patio covers, pergolas, and concrete coatings.
• Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after the sale.
• Answer customer questions regarding appointments, project timelines, installations, financing, and service requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Customer Success, and Installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up activities within the CRM.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Consistently meet performance goals related to response time, appointment setting, customer satisfaction, and follow-up activities. What We're Looking For
• 1-3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, call center, appointment setting, or sales support.
• Experience working in home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, windows, doors, or related industries is must
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
