Job Summary

Responsibilities

:

• Provide outstanding customer service (in-office & phone).
• Process policy renewals and payments.
• Develop and implement local sales strategies.
• Assess client needs and recommend insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records.

Qualifications

:

• Customer service or sales experience (insurance preferred).
• Active insurance license (for Agent positions).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft/Google Suites.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
