Solomon Outdoor Living Digital Marketing Specialist + Sales Rep

• Location: Baldwin Park City, or City of Industry.

Compensation

: Base Pay + HIGH % Commission

• Position Type: Full-Time We are looking for We are looking for an on-camera Social Media Content Specialist who is comfortable appearing in company videos, explaining topics clearly, and helping create short-form and long-form content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role includes presenting scripted or semi-scripted content, participating in video shoots, and representing the company in a professional manner. The selected candidate must be willing to sign the company's media release, confidentiality agreement, and work-product/IP assignment, and all videos, recordings, scripts, images, captions, edits, and related content created within the scope of employment or using company resources will be considered company assets that may be used, edited, published, promoted, and repurposed by the company. This position also includes business development responsibilities , such as actively reaching out to potential customers, visiting builders, contractors, developers, designers, real estate professionals, and related companies, and helping build long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative briefs, stories, and mood boards for all video content.
• Develop and implement engaging content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic.
• Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) using Meta Ads Manager to drive traffic and sales.
• Manage our presence on Meta platforms, utilizing tools like Meta Business Suite for content planning, scheduling, and organic performance tracking.
• Reply to all the inquiries from the platforms, respond to any quotes, and schedule our showroom visit.

• 1+ years of hands-on social media growth experience
• 1+ years of sales experience
• Proven success in growing social accounts organically
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts required)
• Experience writing scripts and building content concepts
• Hands-on experience filming and editing video content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
