As a Health Insurance Agent, you'll educate clients on available health plans, provide personalized recommendations, and guide them through the enrollment process with professionalism and care. We're looking for motivated, licensed agents who are eager to grow their careers in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Newly licensed agents are encouraged to applywe provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a competitive hourly base, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and additional incentive opportunities. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting health insurance plans that best meet their healthcare and financial needs.
• Educate clients on plan options, benefits, coverage details, and enrollment requirements.
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records using CRM systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to client questions and providing ongoing support.
• Meet individual sales goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and compliance.
• Stay current on health insurance products, industry regulations, and carrier updates.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required.
• Must be licensed in a minimum of six (6) states.
• Newly licensed agents are encouraged to applywe provide training and mentorship.
• Previous experience in health insurance, phone sales, customer service, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, fast-paced office environment.
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and health insurance compliance is preferred.
