Inside Sales & Administration Location: Westford, MA Pay Rate: $25 per hour Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Position

Our client is a leader in industrial ultrasonic solutions and is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Inside Sales & Administration professional to assist with operations.

Responsibilities

Provide Customer support for part numbers, pricing, quotes, order fulfillment, product information, etc. Support Outside Sales Reps & Mfg. Reps on all activities related to activities above Create & submit Sales quotations for machines, parts, service, etc. In case of service requests, ensure an effective handoff to the service team Support all service engineers for training and service quotations Processing purchase orders into ERP system Support Inventory management & planning with feedback from commercial activities Professional and helpful direct customer support Create Sales Analysis using Excel functions such as Pivot Tables Maintain Office supplies, provide workspace support and other administrative tasks

Qualifications

& Experience Associate degree (2 year) or job-related experience of 3+ years in an equivalent Industrial Supply, and/or Manufacturing Environment Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with ERP system, Sage or Peachtree preferred Ability to work closely with staff and customers Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently If you are motivated by building relationships, closing deals efficiently, and supporting administrative excellence within a collaborative team environment, we encourage you to apply today.
