We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Advocate to be responsible for all sales and operation job duties, from generating leads to closing sales: JOB SUMMARY Sell the organization's products/services to new or established customers typically via walk-in business, also bringing more traffic to the store using social media platforms, using selling techniques, Follow Up Call Tools and more! You will learn to create sales opportunities when processing payments for products or services. Assist customers by answering questions, presenting products and services and checking for stock and availability. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Advocate, you should stay up to date with product features and changing promotions and maintaining our store's visual appearance in high standard. Ultimately, a top-notch Sales Advocate should be able to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful: Follow the Daily Checklist every minute of your shift!
• Represent VIO Communication brand with the utmost PROFESSIONALISM and COURTESY.
• Communicate and understand customer issues and inquiries.
• Sell products and services to new or established customers which are typically walk-in opportunities but also promote your offers through online marketing such as SOCIAL MEDIA platforms, ask for referrals, and ask for 5 stars Google Reviews.
• Daily tasks: Promote the brand inside and outside the store: Set up MINI EVENTS (table, tent, pass flyers, sign spinner) to actively prospect outside the stores.
• Daily tasks: FOLLOW UP CALLS through Boost or Vio's calling methods.
• Attend MONTHLY MEETINGS and special WEEKLY TRAINING of products/services/offers to understand the Sales strategies, to be capable of reaching and exceeding SALES GOALS!
• Assist customers by answering questions, presenting products, services and checking stock availability and INVENTORY REPORTS often.
• Process payments for products or service (Always creating sales opportunities by asking the right qualifying questions learned in weekly training)
• Ensure customer's satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain the sales floor and customer experience by making sure poster/merchandizing/price tags are up to date following Boost U & Merch Grid
• Deliver a clean, neat, easy to shop store environment, including backroom area following Cleaning Checklist
• Follow company's Policies and Procedures
• Assist in other tasks and duties assigned by management.

Working Conditions

• Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis
• Able to lift and move up to 20 pounds occasionally
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock area, and register area
• Ability to process information and merchandise through computer systems and POS register systems
• Ability to work varied hours/days:
• FULL TIME: 4 FULL DAYS between Monday through Saturday (10am to 8pm)and 1 HALF DAY Sundays (12pm to 5pm)PART TIME: Weekends full shifts and Afternoons within the week from 3pm to 8pm Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $35,420.00 - $50,420.00 per year Expected hours: 25 45 per week
