Job Description

Allstate Agent looking for AGGRESSIVE, DRIVEN, LICENSED insurance agent. Only looking for HIGH PERFORMERS!! Must have experience selling Property and Casualty Insurance. Must be willing to call lead lists and generate business. We have a large marketing budget and have a constant stream of leads for our agents. Our agency has been in business for over 40 years. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is driven for high bonus payouts when production goals are met. Position

Requirements

• Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily

• A great self starter
• Eagerness to make 100+ calls each day to find good prospects and talk to existing customers about additional needs
• Have proven track record of success
• Prior insurance experience strongly preferred
