Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive the growth of our agency by developing strategic referral partnerships throughout South Florida. This is a relationship-focused sales role. Success isn't measured by cold calls aloneit's built through trust, consistency, and becoming a reliable resource for healthcare professionals and families.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, senior communities, and case managers
• Generate new client referrals through networking and community outreach
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and presentations
• Represent Care Connect at Home at community events and networking opportunities
• Maintain an organized pipeline of referral sources
• Collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies
• Consistently achieve referral and growth goals

Qualifications

• Proven success in healthcare sales or business development
• Experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or healthcare preferred
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
