Compensation

: $60,000$80,000+ (base salary, commissions, and bonuses) Join a growing Farmers Insurance agency in the DallasFort Worth area and build a rewarding career in insurance sales. This full-time, in-office position provides structured training, mentorship, agency-provided leads, and opportunities for professional growth. As an Insurance Sales Protg, you will work directly with an experienced Farmers Insurance Agent to develop your skills in sales, customer service, marketing, and insurance operations. The role is designed to help motivated professionals build a successful insurance sales career while gaining hands-on industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain required insurance licenses and complete training requirements
• Prospect and generate new business using agency-provided leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and follow-up
• Present and sell personal, commercial, and life insurance products based on customer needs
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and production goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred
• Insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a professional office environment
